Integration by Parts

  1. \(\int  f(x) g(x) dx=f(x)\int g(x)dx-\int{f(x)\int g(x) dx}dx\)
  2. \(\int e^x[f(x)+ f’(x)]dx=\int e^x f(x) dx +C\)

Formula for Definite Integration

  1. If \(\int f(x)dx=G(x)\) so,\(\int_{a}^{b}f(x)dx=G(b)-G(a)\)
  2. \(\int_{a}^{b} f(x) dx=\int_{a}^{b}f(t)dt\)
  3. \(\int_{a}^{b}f(x)dx=-\int_{b}^{a}f(x)dx\)
  4. \(\int_{a}^{b}f(x)dx=\int_{a}^{c}f(x)dx+\int_{c}{b}f(x)dx\)
  5. \(\int_{a}^{b}f(x)dx=\int_{a}^{b}f(a+b-x)dx\)
  6. \(\int_{0}^{a}f(x)dx=\int_{0}^{a}f(a-x)dx\)
  7. \(\int_{0}^{2a}f(x)dx=\int_{0}^{a} f(x)dx+\int_{0}^{a}f(2a-x)dx\)
